There’s something about simple indie-folk that makes our hearts swell, and the latest from the Canadian-American group Tiny Rhymes is just such a thing we can get behind. “Arrows” will appear on the band’s upcoming A Kinder History EP (out June 23rd) and just radiates good vibes.
On the EP, lead singer Sharon Mok said:
“I’ve always played piano, but decided to pick up the guitar for this current batch of songs, and set out to create melodies influenced by my childhood experience with both Chinese opera and classical music.”
The simple combination of acoustic guitar, glockenspiel and strings lift this gorgeous number into a song you’ll want to hear again and again. Hear it in all its loveliness below.
